Ji-Hoon Min of Troop 356 in Skandia recently received his Eagle Scout Award. He is with his Eagle Mentor, Barb Dupras.I first became acquainted with Ji-Hoon in 2004 when he received the Certificate of Merit for using the Heimlich Maneuver to rescue a fellow student choking on a hot dog during lunch at school. Little Ji-Hoon is shown with Nathan Bennett who had taught Ji-Hoon the Heimlich at a troop meeting shortly before the incident.
